A focused module such as a lead management system typically takes 4–8 weeks. Portals, e-commerce platforms and EDM systems usually take 2–4 months depending on modules, integrations and data migration. You get a realistic, milestone-based timeline after Discovery.
Everything in your itemised quote - discovery, prototype, development, data migration, testing, training and go-live - with no surprise add-ons. If something falls outside the agreed scope, we'll flag it and agree on it before doing the work. No hidden costs is a promise, not a slogan.
Yes - we have live platforms for clients in Malaysia, the UK, France, Poland and the USA alongside our India base. We quote and invoice in INR, USD, GBP, EUR or MYR, and we work comfortably across time zones.
Because the cheapest option usually costs more later - in rewrites, bad data and software nobody can maintain. We price for work that performs and lasts, backed by fifteen years of experience. If budget is tight, tell us; we'll suggest the smartest place to start rather than cut corners.
It's not mandatory, but it's strongly recommended - and it's how most of our clients work with us. An AMC keeps your system secure, backed up and improving, with the team that built it ready to help. It turns a one-time build into a long-term asset.
Projects are typically split into milestones - for example an advance to begin, payments at agreed milestones, and the balance at go-live. AMC plans are billed monthly or annually. We'll lay out the exact schedule in your quote so there are no surprises.
