What we'll need
Your feedback, gathered and clear, within each review round. The more decisive you can be here, the faster and smoother everything that follows.
Step three
Build
This is where fifteen years of engineering - accelerated by AI tooling - turns the approved prototype into fast, robust, working software.
What happens
We build in sprints on clean, maintainable PHP/MySQL code, with working modules deployed to a staging server so you can test as it comes together.
What you get
Tested modules, migrated data and integrations wired in - payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, email, APIs - with a quality-checked result.
What we'll need
Final content and assets, and timely answers to the occasional question. We keep these to a minimum so the build stays on schedule.
Step four
Launch
Going live should be the calmest day of the project, not the most nerve-wracking. We handle deployment, data and training so it simply works.
What happens
We run final checks on data, permissions, performance and security, deploy to production, set up backups and monitoring, and confirm everything is live.
What you get
A live system your team can use from day one - plus user training, admin documentation and a clear handover.
What we'll need
A final approval to go live, and any domain or hosting access if we don't already have it. We guide you through every part.
